ABOUT PETROLEUMOS
PetroleumOS is a long-term petroleum intelligence initiative focused on one problem: how to turn fragmented industry information into governed, connected and decision-ready context without sacrificing provenance, confidentiality or specialist expertise.
01 / THE THESIS
Petroleum information already exists across regulators, businesses, contracts, facilities, verification processes, field operations and specialist systems. The challenge is that those records are rarely designed to work together.
PetroleumOS is being built as the connective intelligence layer: a governed system for understanding entities, evidence and relationships across the petroleum ecosystem while preserving the purpose and controls of the source platform.
The ambition is not to become every operating system in the industry. It is to create the trusted intelligence foundation that specialist systems can progressively contribute to and learn from.
